SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Orders are processed for delivery within 1-2 business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays). Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days after placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Should there be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delivery times and services vary for different countries, please take the following as a guide from the date of dispatch:

Shipping within the EU:
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, (excluding national holidays and weekends). Signature is required.
Express shipping fee: 20€
Economy shipping fee: 15€


Shipping within Greece:
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, (excluding national holidays and weekends). Signature is required.
Shipping fee: 10€


All other countries:
Only if orders are over 100€. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, (excluding national holidays and weekends). Signature is required.
Shipping fee: 25€


For deliveries outside the EU, the estimated shipping charges exclude VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries and countries outside Europe, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees, and import sales taxes may apply. The fees depend on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are paid by the customer.

Changes in delivery address

If you have made a mistake entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible with us.  We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

Missing package

If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with the courier service company and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.

Damaged package

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately.

RETURNS

In the cases in which you consider that at the moment of delivery the product is not as stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately, providing the product details and the damage sustained, where we will indicate what you need to do.

We will carefully examine the returned product and will notify you within a reasonable period if the product may be refunded or replaced (as appropriate). The refunding or replacement of the article shall take place as soon as possible and in all cases within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming the that refund or replacement of the product is going ahead.

The amounts paid for the products returned due to any damage or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full. The refund shall be paid by the same payment means you used to pay from the purchase.

All rights recognized in current legislation shall be, in any case, safeguarded.
